About the Position

We are seeking a Mid Level Legal Consultant for social elections to support clients from December 2027 to May 2028.

De opdracht bestaat erin het team van legal consultants te ondersteunen bij de begeleiding van klanten tijdens de procedure voor de sociale verkiezingen, die loopt van december 2027 tot eind mei 2028.

Je ondersteunt klanten gedurende de verschillende fasen van de verkiezingsprocedure en ziet toe op een correcte en tijdige opvolging van de wettelijke verplichtingen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de betrokken klant en de collega’s van Securex, beantwoordt juridische en praktische vragen en draagt bij aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

De opdracht wordt hoofdzakelijk op afstand uitgevoerd. Indien nodig kunnen verplaatsingen naar klanten of naar een van de kantoren van Securex worden gevraagd. Wanneer de klant dit wenst, kan ook aanwezigheid ter plaatse vereist zijn op de verkiezingsdag in mei 2028.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely compliance with legal obligations
• Collaborate closely with clients and Securex colleagues
• Answer legal and practical questions
• Contribute to high-quality service delivery
