Your Impact

Als Consultant Japanese Services Group (m/w/d) berätst und unterstützt du unsere japanischen Mandanten umfassend in vielfältigen steuerlichen Fragestellungen - und trägst so zu ihrer Geschäftsmodellentwicklung und zu nachhaltigen Entscheidungen bei.

• Diversity: Unsere Mandanten betreust du bei internationalen Umstrukturierungen, steuerlicher Gestaltungsberatung und anderen Fragen des nationalen und internationalen Steuerrechts.
• Intercultural Team: Du wirst Teil unseres interkulturellen Teams und kannst in der täglichen Arbeit deine Erfahrungen und dein Wissen der japanischen Kultur einbringen und weiter entwickeln.
• Trustworthy Partner: Du pflegst und baust unsere Mandatsbeziehungen weiter aus und stehst insbesondere unseren japanischen Kontaktpersonen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
• Business Development: Arbeite gemeinsam mit uns aktiv an der Erweiterung und Neuentwicklung unserer ganzheitlichen Service Offerings für japanische Mandanten.
• Japanese Services Group: Lerne und vernetze dich mit Kolleg:innen aus verschiedenen Businesses, wie Consulting oder Financial Advisory, sowie aus unserem globalen Japanese Services Group Netzwerk und lerne weitere spannende Themen kennen.

Requirements

• Successful degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Diplom-Finanzwirt:in (m/w/d)
• Ideally, focus areas and initial experience in Tax Law, Tax Advisory, or in a commercial, tax-related vocational training
• Interest in national and international tax law as well as the fun of working in an internationally active, dynamically changing environment and becoming a trustworthy partner of international clients
• Enjoyment of systematic working methods, self-responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
• At least good Japanese skills, as well as MS Office skills and good command of German and English in speech and writing
