About the Position

Responsibilities

Support management teams and investors in the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence analyses for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Analyze (digital) business models for leading private equity clients in an international environment.
Support the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our private equity clients.
Identify consulting needs, structure complex problems, and contribute to the development of strategic solutions.
Analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
Collaborate closely with our internal digital, data, and strategy expert teams.
Prepare presentations and analyses for client projects and support workshops, meetings, research initiatives, and business analyses.

Requirements

A very good university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (a Master’s degree with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing is a plus).
Initial practical experience in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, consulting, or digital marketing, for example through internships or working student positions.
Strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
Strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Service-oriented and team-oriented manner with high motivation and passion for your work.
Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
