About the Position

Wavestone is seeking a Consultant in Agile/Product Mode for the Public Sector to join our team. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting major digital transformation projects for public administrations and public service companies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy digital products as a Product Owner.
• Audit and diagnose the agile maturity of a team or organization.
• Implement the product mode according to agile practices in the framing, design, and deployment of digital, data, or AI products.
• Encourage the adoption of changes by involving on-the-ground teams and training various roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner.
• Advise on optimizing delivery practices to improve efficiency and strengthen team autonomy.
• Facilitate collective intelligence workshops to solve problems. Propose and participate in agile excellence cells.
• Contribute to business development by writing proposals and identifying opportunities with clients.
• Participate in the enrichment of Wavestone's "Agile with Impact" offering.

Requirements

Formation & expérience

• Bac +5 (Grande Ecole d’Ingénieur, de Commerce ou d'un IEP de premier plan).
• Experience in agile with market frameworks and experience in the public sector is a plus.

Profil recherché

• Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and/or Kanban frameworks, and pedagogical skills while remaining agnostic in your recommendations.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence tools.
• Understanding of the challenges of innovation and digital transformation in the public sector, and a good understanding of new technologies.
• Client-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, and the ability to convince without imposing.
