Responsibilities

You support our clients in securing their sensitive information subject to regulatory constraints (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, Export Control, Military Programming Law, Defense Secret)
You identify the different data subject to regulatory constraints in the Information System
You analyze the level of compliance of an organization, an information system or a project with the applicable regulations, define remediation actions
You prepare the different Privacy Impact Assessments (AIVP/DPIA)
You propose evolutions concerning the security policies of our clients
You conduct legal and technological monitoring in the areas of intervention of the service
You supervise employees

Requirements

Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent, in data protection or information systems law or equivalent training, you already have significant experience of at least 5 years.

You understand the constraints and stakes of regulatory compliance of IS and are a driving force to find solutions.

You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable with technical contacts and know how to work in a team.

Your discretion and sense of customer service will also be essential assets to succeed in your missions.

Strong in legal and IT culture, you know how to combine these two expertise to identify the technical measures adapted to the applicable legal rules.

You have a fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
