About the Position
Roland Berger is seeking a Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in consulting, industry, or banking sectors for a full-time position in Casablanca.
Responsibilities
As a Consultant at Roland Berger, you will:
- Take charge of the realization of project sub-modules
- Conduct strategic and/or operational diagnostics
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and workshops
- Lead internal and external workshops
- Conduct interviews autonomously
Requirements
- Graduated from a top business school or engineering school
- 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, industry, or banking sectors
- Proficiency in business strategy and/or performance optimization
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen
- Mandatory: Fluency in English and French
- Plus: Knowledge of Arabic

- Ability to analyze and synthesize information
