Job description

Consultant.e Senior – Résilience Opérationnelle (H/F) – Financial services - CDI

About the Position

Join our Financial Services team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Operational Resilience, driving critical transformations for banks and insurers.

Description of the Company

In a world where adaptability is key to success, our Financial Services practice (400 employees) is dedicated to illuminating and guiding Banks and Insurance companies through their most critical transformations. These transformations aim to address the major strategic challenges they will face in the coming years: the acceleration of the digital revolution, intensified competition, and the consideration of the climate emergency.

To support banks and insurance companies in improving their Operational Resilience and providing them with the means to face uncertain environments, we have established a dedicated team of experts focused on compliance and operational resilience management. To date, 80% of our clients have called upon our expertise, and more than 70 consultants are involved each month in various topics: leading and managing Operational Resilience programs; ensuring compliance with major regulations (DORA, NIS2, GDPR, etc.); preparing and managing crisis management exercises (cyberattacks, data breaches, building destruction, loss of a critical third party, pandemics, etc.); and training crisis cells to effectively manage critical situations.

Our uniqueness in the market? An international vision, supported by our collaboration with Wavestone's cybersecurity practice and the presence of our consultants in Asia, America, and Europe, allowing us to adopt a global approach to Operational Resilience issues and meet the specific needs of our clients, taking into account local specificities (GDPR in Europe vs. LPD in Switzerland; DORA in Europe vs. FFIEC in the United States, etc.).

    • Develop and promote our convictions on Operational Resilience and compliance, in collaboration with our experts on major issues: risk management framework, cyber risk control system, third-party control deployment, backup and recovery solutions deployment, incident management, and resilience testing.

    • Participate in the development of accelerators around Operational Resilience (benchmarking of Operational Resilience tools, DORA maturity benchmarking of financial actors on risk management strategies related to third parties, synthesis and comparison of different regulations in Europe, convictions…)

    • Identify possible synergies within the Financial Services practice and with the firm's technology practices on security and cyber-attack topics (pen testing, cloud vulnerability, physical attack, etc.)
