To meet these challenges, nearly 100 consultants support Banks and Insurance companies in France and internationally (BNP Paribas, AXA, La Banque Postale, etc.) in the transformation and construction of their IT systems of tomorrow. We act as a true innovation accelerator by leading around fifty projects each year around various initiatives: platformization of IT systems, adoption of event-driven architectures fully orchestrated by microservices, implementation of next-generation core banking systems capable of managing billions of transactions in real-time, or the transformation of business processes through the best market solutions integrating automation technologies.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, your main missions will be:

• PILOTING THE MAJOR TRANSFORMATIONS OF OUR CLIENTS

  • Maintain a relationship of trust with our clients while leading projects independently, managing planning, risks, and resources
  • Ensure the quality commitment of our achievements and customer satisfaction by providing expertise on topics related to automation and IT transformation
  • Supervise our employees and ensure their skill development

• CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR SI TRANSFORMATION & AUTOMATION EXPERTISE

  • Develop and promote our Transformation SI & Automation convictions in collaboration with our technical and business experts (platformization of IT systems: BaaP/IaaP, real-time and event-driven architecture, IT master plans)
  • Participate in the development of accelerators around SI Transformation and automation (benchmarking of next-generation core banking/insurance solutions, smart automation approach for business lines, framework for compliance with open finance regulations FIDA/DSP3)
  • Identify possible synergies within the Financial Services practice and with the technological practices of the firm on topics such as cloud, NextGen AI, data platform, data mesh, or industrial IT systems

• BOOSTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify new opportunities and participate in pre-sales meetings (prospecting, qualification, support, etc.)
  • Participate in responses to calls for tenders with a significant level of contribution

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience of 3 years in IT Transformation and Automation of processes in the Financial Services sector
• Ability to define and lead upstream projects, particularly around the specificities of the IT sector (legacy mainframe, payment IT, etc.)
• Ease in supporting change, federating, and upskilling employees
• Appetence for business development and/or sales
• Contribute to the identification of synergies within the Financial Services practice
• Strong sensitivity in business development and/or sales
• Proficiency in business English
• Ability to travel in Europe or internationally
