About the Position
We are looking for a Consulting Change Manager to join Miro’s Advisory Services team. You will support teams in adopting Miro by demonstrating best practices and real-world applications, and drive successful adoption.

- Support teams in adopting Miro by demonstrating best practices and real-world applications
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align Miro’s value with their goals
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve collaboration
- Help design and implement change initiatives that drive successful adoption
- Assist in creating governance models that support teamwork and innovation
- Facilitate workshops to explore use cases and improve team collaboration
- Develop simple prototypes to showcase Miro’s capabilities and inspire innovation
- Recommend ways to streamline tool usage and enhance collaboration strategies
- Provide guidance on Agile ways of working and help teams integrate Agile principles
- Share best practices and coach teams on improving their workflows with Miro
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops that help teams improve collaboration and discover high-impact use cases with Miro
- Assess team workflows and provide targeted recommendations to enhance productivity and alignment
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to connect Miro’s value with organizational goals
- Guide teams through change initiatives that support tool adoption and scalable governance models
- Develop simple prototypes to demonstrate possibilities and inspire innovation
- Coach teams on Agile ways of working and help integrate Agile principles into daily practices
- Identify barriers to effective teamwork and design solutions that drive measurable improvement
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile, or similar fields
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise teams or fast-moving environments
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to run engaging, outcome-driven workshops
- Proven ability to help organizations adopt new tools or improve collaboration practices
- Familiarity with Human-Centered Design, governance frameworks, or collaboration tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and platforms such as Miro or similar tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments

- Los Angeles: $148-$185 USD
- San Francisco: $168-$210 USD
- New York: $164-$205 USD

How We Hire
