Based on this premise, we are recruiting a new talent for the Education team in Matosinhos, for the role of Consultor/a – Trainee.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation and submission of proposals in the education and training area;
Assist in planning and organizing events/meetings/seminars related to projects, in online or in-person formats;
Research and synthesize useful information for project development;
Assist in the preparation of documents (reports, content for communication and dissemination materials, training content and resources, among others);
Support project management and/or contracted services by helping in the implementation of activities and the production of results;
Participate in all unit and company activities.

Requirements

Mandatory:
- Degree in Educational Sciences;
- Proficiency and motivation for using digital technologies applied to education/classroom;
- Motivation and writing skills;
- Communication skills;
- Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Critical thinking and creativity;
- Fluency in English, spoken and written;
Preferred:
- Experience with AI platforms, Notebook LM;
- Basic knowledge of Canva;
- Updated Pedagogical Competences Certificate;
