Responsibilities

• Design digital content for social media, email marketing campaigns, web banners, and other digital materials following brand guidelines.
• Create original visual concepts that effectively communicate beauty and lifestyle product messages.
• Develop graphic assets for product launches, promotions, and organic social media content.
• Adapt creative content for different digital formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, websites).
• Collaborate with copy, strategy, and social media teams to ensure visual storytelling coherence.
• Optimize designs considering best practices for each platform and current visual trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting established deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative creative ideas for digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience: +3 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Premiere for video and motion graphics, Canva, CapCut, or other quick editing tools, and project management platforms.
