About the Role
We see the Content & Social Media Manager as a key driver of our brand's digital presence and engagement. We envision this individual as someone who not only creates compelling content but also understands the power of social media in today's digital landscape.
Our content needs to be both informative and engaging, providing value to our followers – but also importantly, generating leads and contributing to demand generation.
In essence, this role is about amplifying our online presence, fostering meaningful connections, and driving customer acquisition through innovative content and social media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize content strategies and social media campaigns.
- Personal Branding: Build the personal brands of our experts and position them as thought leaders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and performance metrics to fine-tune content and social media strategies.
Requirements
- Deep interest in current AI trends and tools.
- Proven experience in content creation with a track record of driving results.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Managerial maturity with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and people.
Nice to Have
- Experience with innovative content formats and emerging social media platforms.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
