Content & Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across multiple brands
- Create high-impact graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and paid advertising (optimized for platform requirements)
- Edit video content, including short-form and basic long-form videos
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with brand voice
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is polished before submission
- Monitor engagement and track basic content performance metrics
- Stay current with social media trends and apply them strategically
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with overall marketing objectives
- Maintain organized content libraries, assets, and templates for scalability
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Veed.io, VideoLeap, or similar)
- Strong copywriting skills for captions, posts, and marketing content
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience creating content for marketing and paid advertising campaigns
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, polished work
- Proactive, coachable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
