Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across multiple brands
  • Create high-impact graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and paid advertising (optimized for platform requirements)
  • Edit video content, including short-form and basic long-form videos
  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with brand voice
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is polished before submission
  • Monitor engagement and track basic content performance metrics
  • Stay current with social media trends and apply them strategically
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with overall marketing objectives
  • Maintain organized content libraries, assets, and templates for scalability

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Veed.io, VideoLeap, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions, posts, and marketing content
  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Experience creating content for marketing and paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, polished work
  • Proactive, coachable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
