Content Creator, CEO LinkedIn

About the Position

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place - bringing clarity and control to company expenses.

We are looking for a Content Creator to own and run the personal LinkedIn presence of our CEO, Andrew Alex. This is not a generic social media role - you will become the voice of a founder, translating his ideas, experiences, and vision into compelling content that builds authority in the fintech and SaaS space. You'll work closely with Andrew to extract insights, shape his narrative, and grow his audience consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for the CEO's personal LinkedIn profile
• Write and publish posts in his authentic voice - from thought leadership to company milestones
• Develop a consistent content calendar and maintain a reliable posting cadence
• Monitor post performance and iterate based on engagement data
• Stay on top of trends in fintech, SaaS, and startup culture to identify timely content opportunities
• Grow Andrew's following and strengthen his positioning as a thought leader in the space

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to and maintain someone else's voice
• Deep understanding of what performs well on LinkedIn and why
• Ability to turn a 15-minute conversation into a week's worth of engaging content
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
• Genuine interest in fintech, SaaS, or startup ecosystems

Nice to Have

• Experience managing or ghostwriting for a founder or executive's personal brand
• Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and growth strategies
• Background in B2B SaaS or fintech content
• Experience growing a LinkedIn audience from scratch
