Responsibilities

As our Social Media & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Be the voice and face of our social media channels: Create engaging financial content, host videos, and interact with our audience.
• Develop and execute a content strategy: Educate, inform, and engage retail investors with topics like stocks, ETFs, market trends, and personal finance.
• Manage and grow our social media platforms: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with finance experts and internal teams: Create relevant, high-quality content that resonates with retail investors.
• Stay on top of financial news and trends: React to market movements with timely, insightful content.
• Lead our public relations efforts: Ensure Getquin is featured in relevant media and finance communities.
• Research, acquire, and onboard strategic brand partnerships and affiliates: Foster long-term collaborations that expand our reach.
• Engage with our community daily: Respond to comments, DMs, and questions, and foster meaningful conversations about investing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or community building, preferably in finance, retail investing, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge and passion for retail investing: Actively follow financial markets and confidently talk about stocks, ETFs, and economic trends.
• Comfortable in front of the camera: Hosting videos, sharing insights, and engaging with our audience directly.
• Creative storyteller: Ability to turn complex financial topics into engaging, digestible content.
• Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset: Take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and execute them with confidence.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
