Content Creator - Social Media & Activations

About the Position

As a Content Creator - Social Media & Activations, you will create engaging social content around bwin’s key partnerships, including BVB, the NFL, and other major sports properties. Working at live events, matchdays, and fan activations, you will capture, edit, and publish platform-native content for channels such as Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with a passion for sports, strong video creation skills, and a talent for turning live moments into authentic, high-performing social content.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and publish platform-native content for Instagram and TikTok

Requirements

• Native-level German, both written and spoken
• Confident and authentic communicator in front of the camera
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video storytelling
• Passionate about sports, particularly football, with a deep understanding of fan culture and online communities
• Strong creative instincts combined with excellent trend awareness and social-first thinking
• Proven video editing skills, ideally including experience with fast-turnaround or live-event content
• Strong sense of entertainment, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset who can work independently in dynamic environments
• Basic understanding of social media KPIs and content performance metrics. Plus, willingness to evolve their social media analytics skills
• Willingness to travel and work on selected evenings, weekends, and matchdays
