About the Position
Content Manager (m/w/d)
We are seeking a Content Manager to join our team in Munich, focusing on creating and managing digital content with a focus on SEO and performance.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop texts for websites, blogs, landing pages, and digital channels that not only sound good but also perform well.
- AI in Action: Utilize AI not just as a tool, but as a creative partner. Master prompting and optimize content with intelligent AI support. Shape the future of content creation with our own AI tools.
- SEO & Performance: Write content for humans with a clear focus on how search engines and AI-driven systems find, understand, and display it.
- Project Management: Independently manage exciting customer projects and work closely with our SEO team.
- Customer Communication: Be the direct contact for our clients and develop solutions that truly add value.
- UX & Conversion Focus: Have an eye for how content must be structured to convince users – not just linguistically, but also visually and structurally. You want to not only write but understand how landing pages look that truly convert – or develop yourself in this area.
- Technical & Tool Understanding: Work with our self-developed Performance Suite and learn how SEO data is collected, processed, and analyzed. Connect content with technology – and become part of a team that does not separate technology, UX, and content, but thinks them together.
