About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Content Manager for the Inspirational Stories & Celebrities sections at AMO Publishing. The role focuses on creating engaging content and analyzing audience behavior to enhance audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research trending topics and create storylines for inspirational and dramatic stories that resonate with the audience.
• Generate catchy headlines and creatives for new and already written stories, focusing on maximum engagement.
• Prepare clear specifications for designers and writers and monitor the execution.
• Analyze audience behavior and the effectiveness of creatives (CTR, engagement, time-on-page) with subsequent recommendations.
• Study competitors' best practices and implement successful solutions.
• Test new tools and sources for research and process optimization.

Requirements

• Content experience of 1+ years (media, blog, SMM, content marketing, etc.).
• Fluent English (B2+) for working with Western markets.
• Ability to adapt content for the target audience and understanding of metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, read-through rate).
• Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, internal dashboards, etc.).
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjorney).
• Creativity, autonomy, and result-orientation.
