We are looking for a System Content Manager 🔥, who will help us convey the value of the product through quality content! We need someone who will take on the operational publication of materials in the CMS, moderation of the banner line, communication with the design department, and improvement of content processes.

Recruitment Stages: Interview with a recruiter → Technical interview → Test → Gathering recommendations → Final meeting (NDA + Job Offer)

Responsibilities

• Content for the website and product pages: moderation of materials, writing texts for landing pages, pop-ups, update descriptions, and developing names/descriptions.
• Operational publication, distribution, and updating of content, banners, and promotional pages in the CMS.
• Preparation and localization of texts for email campaigns and push notifications and other CRM content in accordance with the Tone of Voice.
• Compilation of detailed specifications for visuals, checking, and approval of finished graphic materials.
• Final verification of textual and visual content for accuracy and absence of errors.
• Proactive search for new content solutions, development of fresh ideas for promotional campaigns, banner lines, and improving user perception of the product.

Requirements

• Experience in creating and editing content: landing pages, promo pages, functional descriptions, notifications, pop-ups, CRM letters, and alerts.
• Experience in operational publication, moderation, and updating of banners, descriptions, and platform content.
• Ability to adhere to a single brand style and conduct thorough checks of materials for errors before publication.
• Task setting for design: skills in formulating clear specifications for designers, describing requirements, and final approval of visuals.
• Content analytics: ability to analyze CTR, ER, and other engagement metrics, test CTA, and form hypotheses to increase conversion.
• Experience in adapting content/CRM communications for local audiences while maintaining the brand's Tone of Voice.
• Confident use of AI models for generating ideas, texts, visuals, and references.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, analytical thinking, creativity, ability to argue decisions, and effectively communicate in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with content in Crypto products.
• Experience working with localized or multilingual content for different GEOs.
• Deep experience with CMS, product updates, and regular promotions.
