Content Marketer (B2B IT / Global Markets)

About the Position

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Marketer to become the voice of our brand across the USA, Europe, etc.

About the Project

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and business value. Your mission is to engage a sophisticated audience - CTOs, Developers, and Business Owners - by creating high-impact content that drives trust and lead generation. You will work closely with our CEO, Sales, and Design teams to turn our expertise into a powerful narrative.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality blog posts, success stories (case studies), and expert articles.
• Own our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other resources, focusing on engagement and thought leadership.
• Develop compelling scripts for YouTube and short-form video content.
• Craft high-converting email sequences and newsletters for our lead nurturing funnels.
• Actively engage with communities on Reddit and niche forums to amplify our reach.
• Monitor content metrics and adjust the strategy based on what resonates with our global audience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing in the B2B IT sector.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (strong copywriting skills for Western audiences is a must).
• Ability to communicate with technical personas (CTO/Devs).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles (keyword research, on-page optimization, and readability).
• Experience in promoting content beyond just hitting "publish".
• Ability to use professional tools (like Figma / Canva) to create clean, professional visuals and resources for social media.

Nice to Have

• AI Power User: Advanced experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to streamline research, brainstorming, and production.
• Personal Brand Experience: Experience managing professional LinkedIn profiles for C-level executives.
• Podcast/Webinar Experience: Familiarity with preparing materials for live sessions or podcasts.
