Job Description

This is your absolute dream job if...

You have a knack for and love writing and editing.
You can develop some feelings for writing about career advice.
Your English is excellent (native or bilingual speakers only).
You can work in a timely fashion under no supervision.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Perfect research skills and ability to write about new topics.
A knack for storytelling and writing in a conversational style.
Great understanding of the blogosphere, social media, and how to get users to engage with content.
A self-starter who owns his/her success metrics and is self-motivated.

Nice-to-haves:

Marketing, sales or content creation experience.
Proven written communication skills, ideally with published content, either online or in traditional media.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating a steady flow of unique and buzzworthy articles.
Developing, planning, and managing our content calendar.
Managing content between external writers with whom we work and distribution platforms.
Editing content.
