About the Position

ELEKS Marketing team is seeking a creative and experienced Content Marketing Specialist in Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and managing our content marketing strategy across various channels, including social media, blog, marketing collateral, website, and lead generation campaigns.

This position requires a strong background in writing, editing, and content promotion, with a focus on the IT and software industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the content marketing strategy for a global IT company and contribute to its growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality B2B marketing content, including client case studies, award submissions, marketplace profiles, presentations, brochures, and other sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technical experts, project teams, and marketing stakeholders to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives.
• Conduct interviews and research to develop accurate, engaging, and audience-focused content.
• Write, edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards.
• Coordinate the review and approval process with internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback while meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain and update existing marketing collateral to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current service offerings and company messaging.
• Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, tone, and messaging, and adheres to brand and editorial guidelines.
• Use AI-assisted research and content creation tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing content assets.
• Coordinate submissions and maintain relationships with external industry organizations, award programs, marketplace platforms, and their administrators as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR and communications, journalism, linguistics, or related fields.
• Advanced spoken and written English with impeccable grammar, excellent editing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• 1-3 years of experience creating B2B marketing or technical content, preferably within the IT and software industry.
• Experience gathering information from technical experts and transforming complex topics into clear, engaging business content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and research tools and content optimization for AI-powered search is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical achievements into compelling customer value and business outcomes.
