About the Position

Are you a creative and ambitious content producer looking to work with an established brand on market-leading events? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a producer to join our growing team, to work on our Charity, PR, and Medical portfolio and build on the success of our events.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct content research through collaboration with our editorial and commercial teams
  • Network with key stakeholders to develop strategic programs
  • Secure high-level speakers to inform and inspire our audiences
  • Report to the Head of Content and be responsible for a series of allocated events
  • Collaborate on larger-scale events as part of an events team
  • Use excellent research skills to write differentiated, competitive agendas
  • Secure and manage high-level speakers
  • Build relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively within an events team as a content lead
  • Drive innovation and implement new event ideas
  • Assist marketing in identifying opportunities to promote our events
  • Report on content progress and metrics to the team and the Head of Content
  • Manage and attend events on-site
  • Work within our Sustainable Event Management system and advocate for sustainability at events

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a conference/content producer with at least 12 months of experience
  • Excellent research skills
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in driving innovation and implementing new event ideas
  • Ability to assist in marketing and event promotion
  • Ability to report on content progress and metrics
  • On-site event management experience
  • Commitment to sustainability in event management
