About the Position
Are you a creative and ambitious content producer looking to work with an established brand on market-leading events? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a producer to join our growing team, to work on our Charity, PR, and Medical portfolio and build on the success of our events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct content research through collaboration with our editorial and commercial teams
- Network with key stakeholders to develop strategic programs
- Secure high-level speakers to inform and inspire our audiences
- Report to the Head of Content and be responsible for a series of allocated events
- Collaborate on larger-scale events as part of an events team
- Use excellent research skills to write differentiated, competitive agendas
- Secure and manage high-level speakers
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Work collaboratively within an events team as a content lead
- Drive innovation and implement new event ideas
- Assist marketing in identifying opportunities to promote our events
- Report on content progress and metrics to the team and the Head of Content
- Manage and attend events on-site
- Work within our Sustainable Event Management system and advocate for sustainability at events
Requirements
- Proven experience as a conference/content producer with at least 12 months of experience
- Excellent research skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in driving innovation and implementing new event ideas
- Ability to assist in marketing and event promotion
- Ability to report on content progress and metrics
- On-site event management experience
- Commitment to sustainability in event management
