About the Position

DEXAR is a service construction company that combines high-quality project implementation with a digital approach. We use our own IT product to control quality, timelines, and budget. We make renovation and construction simple and transparent for the client.

We develop design and project documentation, carefully select construction teams, help save on construction materials, and provide IT solutions for controlling the entire construction process.

Our product requires quality promotion on social media, so we are looking for a Content/SMM Manager who will help us do it beautifully, systematically, and effectively.

Responsibilities

Instagram

• Develop a content plan and publish content according to this plan.
• Create content by yourself and/or engage contractors if necessary.
• Interact with the audience. Respond to comments and direct messages.
• Report on effectiveness.

Facebook and TikTok

• Repost/adapt content from Instagram.
• Interact with the audience. Respond to comments and direct messages.
• Report on effectiveness.

Requirements

• Understanding of key metrics, algorithms, and trends of social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Creation of quality photos and videos. Good artistic taste. Organization of photo and video shoots if necessary.
• Skills in photo and video editors.
• Ability to write texts. Proficient written language, fluent in Ukrainian.
• Residence in Kyiv, Ukraine.
