We've recently introduced AI-powered customer assistants, crypto brokerage services, and extensive digital banking capabilities.
Role Overview:
We're looking for an exceptional Context Engineer to design, build and maintain the enterprise context layer that enables data discoverability, business understanding, AI-assisted decision-making and agentic automation.

- Enterprise knowledge that is discoverable, documented and trusted
- Consistent business terminology and KPI definitions across domains
- High-quality business context for AI assistants and agents
- Understandable, reusable and self-service data products
- Business knowledge, metadata and lineage embedded into everyday workflows
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the enterprise context layer
- Develop semantic models, knowledge assets, and retrieval systems
- Improve AI-assisted decision-making and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed business knowledge into workflows
Requirements

Must-Have:
- Demonstrated experience designing context layers, semantic models, knowledge assets or retrieval systems that improve AI-assisted decision-making, discoverability and agentic automation.

- Experience with GenAI and agent frameworks

Preferred Background:
- Banking, regulated-industry, or large-enterprise experience
- Experience with both modern and traditional data platforms, e.g. Databricks, Oracle, Informatica.
