Organizational Context:

Responsibilities
- Executing standardization projects (80% of capacity) - You will plan and execute complex projects across various countries or domains. You will be responsible for project progress & delivery while supporting your project team to achieve the agreed objectives. You will be closely collaborating with senior management and jointly responsible for implementing process improvements.
- Identifying business cases using operational management data (10% of capacity) – You should understand the tools, techniques and behaviors required to support operations teams with data analysis and convert them into powerful business cases to further improve operations.
- Building continuous improvement mindset (10% of capacity) - You will contribute to increase CI awareness & craftmanship via providing process improvement trainings & coaching with strong focus on practice; stimulating improvement mindset by replication & sharing of best practices & success stories.
Requirements
- Project management skills for running multiple initiatives with strong focus on results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structuring problems, performing analyses and selecting the right root causes and solutions
- Proactive and takes the lead (in case of unclarity or when it seems not to be needed/asked)
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and speak up
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified (or equivalent certification level)
