About the Position

emagine is hiring a Contract Analyst, Polish&English Speaker in Warsaw, Poland. Join our Contract Management team and shape your own working day.

Responsibilities

• Creating, correcting, and sending multiple types of contracts to emagine clients and consultants for Polish, Scandinavian, and Romanian markets
• Managing your own portfolio of clients from an administrative and contract perspective, ensuring all contractual documentation for consultants delivering to these clients is accurate and up to date
• Contract management, including creations, extensions, and terminations
• Creating, adjusting, and updating contract templates according to client framework agreements
• Ensuring correct and accurate data in the systems
• Synchronization of data across all databases to ensure our systems, and in turn our contracts, are always up to date
• Participating in development and optimization projects and system improvements to support emagine's continued growth
• Assisting Account Managers and the Invoicing and REM teams with various administrative tasks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with contracts, ideally within the IT consulting or staffing industry, supporting consultants and clients
• Meticulous, detail-oriented approach to written material, documents, and databases
• High sense of detail and overview
• Professional communication skills in Polish and English
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Outgoing, service-minded personality with strong communication skills
• High level of drive, initiative, and persistence, and result-oriented
• Strong sense of discipline and ability to structure and organize your way of working
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks
