About the Position
Contract & Commercial Analyst (3 Month Fixed Term Contract)
The Contract & Commercial Manager is responsible for managing commercial agreements, contractual performance, and commercial risk across the organisation. The role ensures contracts deliver value, protect the business, and support strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiation and management activities.
- Ensure contractual compliance and effective supplier performance.
- Manage commercial risk and escalation processes.
- Develop commercial frameworks and governance standards.
- Support procurement and vendor management activities.
- Provide commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial principles.
- Highly effective negotiator and influencer.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) and/or PRINCE2 or APM Project Management certifications
