Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the creation, processing, and management of maintenance and service contracts
• You handle the billing of chargeable service operations and maintenance services
• You implement price changes and maintenance contract adjustments
• You manage the creation and maintenance of customer and equipment master data
• Creating and modifying maintenance schedules is also part of your tasks
• You monitor the cost development of maintenance contracts
• You are responsible for tracking outstanding items until payment is received
• You act as a contact person for the field service, technical service, and for maintenance-specific matters
• Supporting the field service in the creation of customer-specific maintenance content rounds off your profile

Requirements

• Completed commercial education
• Experience in a comparable position
• Experience with SAP is desirable
• You communicate confidently in both written and spoken German
• Engagement, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently complete your profile
