Responsibilities

Monitoring and controlling business and service contracts to ensure compliance with contract provisions
Interpreting and analyzing contractual issues. Providing support to project managers
Preparing contractual disputes with detailed documentation, and if necessary, involving legal experts and relevant stakeholders

Identifying potential risks in contracts that could lead to project delays and errors
Monitoring contract fulfillment, identifying deviations, and preparing corrective actions
Collaborating with internal and external parties

Native level Hungarian and advanced level English, good German language skills are a plus

Legal expertise with business experience
Thorough knowledge of contract law
Negotiation skills with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
Analytical thinking: excellent problem-solving ability to anticipate, recognize, and manage complex issues
