Responsibilities

Analysis of discrepancies between the time tracking tool and SAP:

Analysis of cost discrepancies:

• Identify discrepancies between costs recorded in the time tracking tool and those in SAP.
• Analyze the causes of these discrepancies and take corrective actions to reconcile the two systems.

Analysis of production discrepancies:

• Analyze discrepancies related to production days between the time tracking tool and SAP.
• Identify divergences in terms of reported workdays and adjust the data to ensure consistency of information between the two systems.

Handling anomalies in the time tracking tool:

Management of requests for modification of activity reports:

• Handle requests for modifications related to consultant time tracking in the Smart tool

Requirements

• Perfect mastery of Excel
• Mastery of general and analytical accounting
• Mastery of financial and management control tools
• Variance analysis – knowledge of the income statement
• Good level in French and English
• Bac+5 in Management, Finance, or Management Control
• 1 to 3 years in a similar position
