About the Position

Controlling Associate/Controlling Specialist

Join Hemmersbach as a Controlling Associate/Controlling Specialist in Bangalore, India. Support project leaders with financial analysis and reporting for international IT service projects.

Responsibilities

As a Project Controller, you will:

• Perform Project Controlling for international IT service projects.
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements for international Hemmersbach companies.
• Serve as the main contact for Global Service Delivery Managers (GSDMs).
• Analyze project performance and share improvement measures with GSDMs.
• Validate the accuracy/plausibility of reported improvement figures/measures in the Financial Improvement Tracker (FIT) and follow up on their implementation.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis of financial data and additional management reporting on request.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of in-house experience (or equivalent) in controlling.
• First experience (or equivalent) in auditing.
• C1 English proficiency.
• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a comparable educational background.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Deep knowledge of accounting and business fundamentals.
