About the Position
Convention Sales Manager (all genders)
Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg in Königswinter is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our luxury hotel team. Responsibilities
- Sales, planning, organization, and execution of groups and events, including all correspondence
- Manage your own clients and projects from inquiry to contract signing and invoice creation
- Ensure smooth operation of groups and events, as well as personal customer care and support
- Entice potential customers during tours and find creative solutions for guest requests
- Create event schedules and collaborate with all hotel departments
Requirements
- Several years of experience in convention sales in a similar position or in a related industry
- Open and reliable personality with strong persuasive skills and business acumen
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong organizational and sales skills
- Warmth and willingness to help fit perfectly in our team
- Proficiency in MS Office products and experience with Opera PMS software
