Conversation AI Solution Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Conversation AI Solution Lead with over 5 years of experience to join our AI team in Ukraine/Europe. In this role, you will be designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify project needs. Architect and design technical solutions tailored to meet the project's requirements.
• Technical Consulting: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, project managers, and other non-technical stakeholders. Communicate complex technical details in an easily understandable manner.
• Technical Solution Management: Manage the SDLC process of the project (from pre-sales through implementation and go-live/post-UAT). Actively participate in the coding and implementation process, as needed.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer response and satisfaction based on both survey and attrition indicators.
• Strategic Initiatives: Advocate for the company's innovations and initiatives. Collaborate with technical communities to stay updated and promote industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
• Delivering Best Practices: Be responsible for the project's technical documentation. Document solutions, architecture decisions, and other relevant details for future reference.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in a relevant role
• Language: Upper-Intermediate English
• Skills:
  • JavaScript/TypeScript (both front-end and back-end)
  • Python, Go, or Java
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Understanding of LLM, RAG, and other AI/ML topics
  • Service-based architecture and serverless approach
  • Understanding of common database-related issues and optimization challenges
  • DevOps and CI/CD

Nice to Have

• Front-end experience with main frameworks and knowledge of CDN
• Exposure to iOS and Android development frameworks & concepts
