We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization & Business Consultant to join the largest CRO team in Italy.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where quantitative data analysis integrates with qualitative research, working on projects for international e-commerce and leading companies in the telecommunications, mobility, energy, and luxury fashion sectors.
You will have the opportunity to contribute concretely to the optimization of digital performance by analyzing user behavior and designing innovative A/B tests.

💰 Remuneration:
For this position, the expected gross annual salary is between €25,000 and €40,000. The salary proposal will be defined within this range based on experience, skills acquired, and seniority level consistent with the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. The Commercio – Terziario Collective Bargaining Agreement applies.
