About the Position

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager / Data-Driven UX/UI Designer to join our team! This role is based in Kyiv or can be remote on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct A/B tests on 64 million client’s users per month
• Optimize conversion rates and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Analysis
• Strong skills in UX/UI Design
• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools
