About the Position
We are seeking a COO with experience in managing multiple construction projects to lead our team in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Management of a team (5–7 people)
- Control and supervision of ongoing construction and development projects
- Improvement of existing processes, development of operational policies and regulations
- Development and implementation of quality standards
- Interaction with local contractors, suppliers, and government agencies
- Strategic planning and participation in the development of new projects
- Participation in budget formation and control over its compliance
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of construction processes and development
- Experience working in Cyprus is a plus (contractor base, understanding of the local market)
- Experience in process optimization and creation of operational regulations
- Strong management and communication skills (soft skills)
- Ability to work in multitasking and stress conditions
- English language proficiency from B2 level and above, Russian from C1 level
