About the Position
COO – Multi-Business Holding
We are hiring a strategic Chief Operating Officer to structure and lead operations for a holding company managing 15+ businesses across Healthcare, iGaming & IT, and Fintech.
Responsibilities
- Develop the operational structure of the holding company.
- Streamline processes and drive efficiency across business units.
- Implement management and financial tools to monitor performance.
- Oversee integration and collaboration of all entities.
- Build high-performing teams and foster operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years in operational leadership roles, preferably in multi-sector environments.
- Expertise in corporate structuring, management systems, and financial planning.
- Strategic and hands-on approach to leadership.
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
