We are seeking a Studio Production Coordinator to lead studio production, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Takes lead in the production of studios and has shared responsibility for a successful and timely Studio delivery;
• Ensures that all the work resources are distributed to maximize timing and effectively manage priorities;
• Manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring the delivery dates of their work, follow-up with suppliers/contractors on costs, foresee delays;
• Assist in installation process and ensure the delivery is according to provided plans, renders, and guidelines;
• Communicate with Health and Safety department and announce any external personnel so that they are registered and work on our premises within the extent of the local laws;
• Ensure that all company procedures and processes are followed and implemented;
• Monitor, report, and maintain anything related to the studios and studio's construction and also after go-live;
• Ensure that Studios remain in operating order;
• Report and fix the Studio decorations via the technical teams;
• Take meeting minutes and report to the Head of Studio Production;
• Align with the Project Managers in regard to the launch date of the new studios;
• Any other support required on the operational side for the Live Studio;
• Availability for travel in order to supervise the construction and execution of studios located outside the country.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Professional experience in a similar role or a position in a construction field;
• Communication and time management skills;
• Fluent English.
