Job Description

Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Financeiro de Negócios focado(a) na Gestão de Orçamento e Processos Consultivos.

Buscamos um perfil altamente organizado, analítico e orientado a detalhes. Sua missão será guiar e apoiar os stakeholders de Partner Marketing na navegação de processos de investimento, ordens de compra (PO), comprovação de execução (POE), faturamento e conformidade, garantindo que tudo seja acompanhado, comunicado e executado com excelência através das ferramentas e aprovações corretas.

Main Responsibilities

Budget, Investment, and Compliance Management: Manage the tracking of marketing investments (including MDF, Co-op, and program budgets); oversee PO, POE, invoicing, system requests, problem resolution, and timely closure of execution confirmations.
Data Reports and Insights: Maintain control spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, and operational summaries to track budget utilization, ROI, performance, and campaign execution among partners and regions.
Partner and Stakeholder Experience: Act as a consultant and point of contact, providing clear communications and structured updates to marketing teams, agencies, suppliers, and leadership.
Process and Tool Governance: Guide stakeholders on demand entry flows, documentation requirements, auditing, contracts (SOW), and compliance and governance rules.
Execution Alignment: Work collaboratively with execution teams to ensure actions advance, are aligned, documented, and completed appropriately within deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Languages: Fluent English (for daily verbal and written communication with international teams).
Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Administration, Communication, Economics, or related fields).
Experience Level: Practical experience and solid background in marketing budget planning (interface between accounts and finance) and campaign operations.
Industry: Experience in the B2B market, with a plus if you have worked in multinational companies or large-scale ecosystems.
Technical Skills: General understanding of accounting, finance, and financial reporting concepts; good mastery of direct marketing process flows.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent project management, conflict resolution, multitasking, and collaborative working skills across different teams in a dynamic environment.
