Description of the Role
Challenge the production teams on the progress of their work
- Support issues related to the completion of aircraft work
- Identify critical or blocking points and implement appropriate actions
- Analyze root causes
- Coordinate daily aircraft work of suppliers in close collaboration with the FAL production group managers
- Lead meetings with suppliers and crew
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (general or specialized, BAC+5)
- Ideally, successful experience in aeronautical production activities
- We are looking for a true personality: proactivity, good interpersonal skills, dynamism, curiosity, and an appetite for the industrial environment and the trades that compose it
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- SAP would be a plus

The AERONAUTICS division of ALTEN Sud-Ouest works with major players in the Aerospace industry and is looking for an Aircraft Manager as part of its development.
Your role will be to work on an FAL in the development phase and coordinate activities for an aircraft from entry into FAL to delivery: a true aircraft manager role.
