About the Role:
As a Copilot & AI User Adoption Expert, you will support our clients in successfully implementing and productively using AI solutions such as Copilot. You will plan introductions, lead user adoption measures, and clearly communicate AI topics. Additionally, you will advise companies on AI use cases and work closely with our internal Microsoft 365, Security, and Data & AI teams to develop best practices and create real customer value.
Responsibilities
- Accompany Copilot introductions at clients, from planning to active use
- Conduct user adoption programs, training, and communication measures
- Provide strategic advice to companies on AI strategies with a focus on Microsoft AI (Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Power Platform)
- Assist in defining use cases and prioritizing AI projects
- Create and conduct training and workshops for clients
- Work closely with internal specialist teams from Microsoft 365, Security, Data & AI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop best practices and guidelines for the safe and productive use of AI
