Copy Creative (Mid-Level)

VML is a global creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to create connected brands that drive growth. We are looking for a Content & Copy Creative (Mid-Level) to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role offers a hybrid work model with two days per month in our Warsaw office and the option to work remotely on other days.

Responsibilities

• Dream up and write copy for social, digital, and campaigns - words that feel alive, not just “posted”.
• Create native social content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) with a keen eye on what’s trending and why.
• Collaborate with other creatives to bring big ideas to life across all digital touchpoints.
• Take projects from the very first scribble to the final “client-approved” moment.
• Keep our content calendars organized and full of fresh ideas. Inject energy and insight into brainstorms and creative reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of making content that’s smart, social-first, and works online.
• Fluent in Internet culture and fluent English.
• Ability to turn a big idea into spot-on words for any channel.
• Strategic mindset; ask “why” before you start writing.
• Genuine love for culture, interior design, and the creative industry.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Enjoy working with people who care as much as you do.

We Offer

• Gross Salary: 6,333 zł-12,500 zł PLN
