About the Role

VML Prague is seeking a Czech-speaking Copywriter to join the creative team for one of our clients. You will be part of a team working on a strong, visible brand, creating impactful campaigns. In collaboration with the Art Director, you will develop concepts and copy - from initial ideas to final campaign outputs.

Responsibilities

• Invent and develop creative concepts in collaboration with the Art Director and independently
• Refine ideas into functional text and campaign outputs according to client and brand specifications
• Present solutions internally and to clients, clearly and confidently
• Maintain consistency in tone of voice and overall quality of communication
• Monitor trends, campaigns, tools, and new approaches in the industry
• Keep projects, documentation, and files organized

Requirements

• Strong conceptual thinking and excellent command of language
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Experience from an agency and creating communication concepts for print, digital, and social media
• Ability to collaborate effectively with art directors, strategists, and account teams
• Attention to detail and a sense of the brand's tone of voice
• Ability to manage the creative process from brief to final delivery
