About the Position
We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive for the East region to join our sales team, focusing on closing complex SaaS deals with large companies. As a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in scaling our go-to-market motion by owning and closing complex SaaS deals with companies ranging from 300-2,500 employees. You’ll take a proactive, outbound-driven approach to building pipeline, identifying and engaging high-potential accounts, and running the full sales cycle from first touch through close.
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
Responsibilities
- Meet with potential customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether or not Webflow is a good fit
- Build a sales pipeline with heavy outbound focus
- Create and drive outbound opportunities through account planning/POVs, partnering with SDR and cold messaging
- Drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
- Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts
- Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education, and engineering to execute sales strategy
- Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences
- Travel up to 25% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and decision-making processes
- Proven ability to balance outbound pipeline generation with active deal execution
- Strong track record of running thorough, consultative discovery, uncovering business, technical, and organizational needs
- Demonstrated success closing $50k+ ACV opportunities
Nice to Have
- Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
- Passion or interest in the no-code space
- Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or Webflow products
- Stay curious and open to growth - demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $195,000 - $265,000 depending on the geographic location
- Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, wellness stipends, and retirement plans
- Ownership in what you help build with equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company
- Support for every stage of family life with paid parental leave and inclusive care
- Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program
- Access to mental health resources, therapy, and coaching
- 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S.
- Monthly stipends for work and wellness expenses
- Bonus for building together through our annual WIN bonus program
