About the Position

SPD Technology is looking for an experienced Corporate English Teacher to join our L&D team. This role is ideal for a professional who values quality teaching, modern methodology, and real impact on learners’ professional growth in a dynamic IT environment.

About the Role

At SPD, English learning is not “just lessons.” You will work with motivated adult learners, influence learning approaches inside the company, and collaborate closely with an L&D team that truly values education quality, autonomy, and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver English courses for adults (group and 1:1 formats, levels Beginner–Advanced)
• Design and adapt customized learning programs aligned with business and learner needs
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, and engaging learning activities
• Track attendance, learner progress, and course results
• Participate in placement testing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience teaching English to adults (groups and/or 1:1)
• Experience teaching in a corporate, IT, or business context (strong advantage)
• English proficiency: C1–C2
• CELTA or DELTA (or equivalent internationally recognized certification with proven teaching experience)
• Experience in developing customized programs for different proficiency levels
• Strong command of communicative teaching methodology
• Creative, learner-centered lesson design
• Professionalism, patience, and structured classroom management
