About the Position
We are seeking a Corporate Finance & Strategy Senior Manager to join our global organization in Singapore. In this role, you will champion the commercial and quantitative assessment of pivotal corporate initiatives in this highly strategic and engaging role.
Responsibilities
- Rigorously test robust numerical frameworks to enhance funding configurations, project investment yields, and analyze intricate scenario possibilities.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to conceptualize resilient investment models and efficient enterprise setups that safeguard the organization's enduring commercial health.
- Direct comprehensive evaluation phases, harmonizing insights from specialized consultants to deliver compelling, data-driven proposals to top management.
- Guide interdepartmental integration initiatives and oversee holistic corporate risk management practices.
Requirements
- Between five and eight years of professional background in corporate advisory, transaction strategy, or structural consolidations.
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in a highly analytical discipline.
- Supplementary professional charters in financial analysis or certified accountancy.
- Exceptional proficiency in formulating advanced quantitative projections.
- Profound commercial awareness of how daily business activities dictate overall profitability and leverage.
- Prior exposure to asset-heavy markets is a distinct advantage.
- Elite persuasive and articulation capabilities to effectively influence decision-makers and drive cohesive alignment across the enterprise.
We Offer
- Competitive salary range of S$15,000 - S$20,000 per month.
- Permanent full-time position.
