Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to support the development of market reports, feasibility studies, investment memorandums, valuation exercises, and strategy studies, as well as preparing and delivering client presentations and reports.
  • Preparing and reviewing valuation models for various property types using methodologies such as the Income Approach (DCF), Comparable Sales, and Income Capitalization.
  • Developing complex financial models for real estate, development, and hospitality projects, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
  • Assisting clients in acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures by providing analytical and strategic support.
  • Analyzing trends in the Cyprus and broader European real estate market, including supply, demand, and pricing dynamics.
  • Contributing to the preparation of presentations, reports, and thought leadership pieces on real estate trends and market developments.
  • Engaging with investors, developers, and financial institutions, while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, government entities, and financial institutions.
  • Supporting the team in identifying new business opportunities, responding to client inquiries, and preparing proposals.
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical aspects of real estate valuation and transactions.
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the local real estate framework, regulations, zoning laws, and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in the field of Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of both real estate and corporate finance.
  • Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Fluency in English.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Qualification or in an advanced process of becoming qualified ACA, ACCA, CFA, RICS.
  • Registered ETEK member.
  • Energetic, positive, and a team player.
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail.
