About the Role and Mission

You will be part of our Corporate commercial team and will be responsible for actively prospecting and developing a portfolio of corporate clients with annual revenue of R$ 100 million or more, with statewide coverage. Your mission will be to structure customized financial solutions and expand business through high-level consultative relationships.

Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct active prospecting and develop a portfolio of corporate clients with annual revenue ≥ R$ 100 million/year.
• Make weekly in-person visits, manage the pipeline, and ensure business continuity.
• Provide consultative service to partners, CFOs, and financial managers, presenting a robust portfolio of corporate products.
• Structure customized financial solutions (credit, trade finance, DCM, Asset).
• Present proposals in credit committees and negotiate terms with an executive vision.
• Monitor KPIs (Salesforce), sales targets, and productivity and profitability indicators.
• Collaborate with internal areas (legal, operational, credit, products) and provide client support.
• Commercially represent Inter at relevant events (business rounds, sector conferences, association meetings).

Required Skills

• Experience in corporate banking.
• Hunter profile with commercial discipline, autonomy in portfolio management, and strong goal and results orientation.
• Active portfolio with 30+ corporate clients with annual revenue ≥ R$ 100 million/year.
• Completed higher education.
• Mastery of structured financial solutions for corporates (structured credit, trade, foreign exchange, DCM).
• Financial analysis skills (Income Statement, cash flow, balance sheets, EBITDA, financial indicators).
• Knowledge of the macroeconomic scenario.

Desirable Skills

• MBA, post-graduation, master's degree.
• Market certifications.
• Experience in credit operations and guarantees.
