About the Role and Mission

You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies for expanding our client base of medium-sized companies, with a focus on medium-sized businesses. Your mission will be to identify business opportunities, structure customized commercial proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality consultative relationships.

Daily Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop commercial relationships with medium-sized corporate clients (R$ 50mm to R$ 300mm)
• Structure personalized commercial proposals focusing on cross-selling of products from the Inter ecosystem
• Conduct in-person visits to map needs and present solutions
• Lead negotiations and close new business deals
• Monitor commercial KPIs and achieve targets
• Analyze client profiles and potential to identify expansion opportunities
• Manage the portfolio of active clients constantly
• Prepare commercial performance reports and presentations
• Participate in events and institutional actions to strengthen the brand
• Work in synergy with internal areas for better customer service

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Experience in B2B sales in the financial sector with annual revenue above 50mm
• Proven experience in prospecting and negotiating with medium-sized companies
• Knowledge of the financial market and corporate banking products
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
• Analytical capacity and strategic business vision

Desirable:

• Postgraduate degree in business-related areas
• Experience in fintechs or digital banks
• Intermediate English
• CPA-20 or higher certifications
